Cancellation and Refund Policy

REGISTRATION - Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be made only after the Conference is over.

Resident Indians: 

  • Written cancellation by email/ fax is to be provided to the COSPAR LOC Secretariat.

  • Cancellation charges and bank transfer or credit card charges will be deducted before the refund is made.

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.

  • Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account used for payment unless otherwise requested in writing. Transfer fees will be charged to the recipient.  

Others (Foreign Delegates/ NRIs):

  • Written cancellation by email/ fax is to be sent to COSPAR LOC Secretariat

  • Request received before 1 May 2012 will result in full refund minus EUR 25.00 towards administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received between 1 May 2012 and 1 July 2012 will result in 50% refund of the registration fee.

  • Cancellations after 1 July 2012 will not result in refunds.

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.

  • Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account used for payment.
