REGISTRATION - Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Resident Indians:

Written cancellation by email/ fax is to be provided to the COSPAR LOC Secretariat.

Cancellation charges and bank transfer or credit card charges will be deducted before the refund is made.

Credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment.

Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account used for payment unless otherwise requested in writing. Transfer fees will be charged to the recipient.
Others (Foreign Delegates/ NRIs):

Written cancellation by email/ fax is to be sent to COSPAR LOC Secretariat

Request received before 1 May 2012 will result in full refund minus EUR 25.00 towards administrative fee.

Cancellations received between 1 May 2012 and 1 July 2012 will result in 50% refund of the registration fee.

Cancellations after 1 July 2012 will not result in refunds.
