Foreign Nationals coming to India are required to possess a genuine and valid national passport. There is no provision of 'Visa on Arrival' in India.

Letter of Invitation from COSPAR 2012
In order to obtain a letter of invitation in support of visa applications, an online application form will be made available on the LOC website. We strongly recommend that all foreign participants complete the online application form, providing the following information in the prescribed format, at least 90 days before the commencement of the Assembly.
